Mark Silverbush joined LaSalle School team in 1991 and has extensive experience in children and family services in various treatment and leadership roles. He is currently the associate executive director for quality, strategy and compliance. Mark leads performance and quality improvement initiatives including outcomes-oriented approaches to programs and works with agency staff to maintain compliance with best standard practices and regulations. He also serves as Compliance Officer.
Mark promotes effective data-driven and performance-based models of quality improvement and works with agency staff and leadership to achieve the essential components of an integrated, overarching quality improvement program. He works closely with agency leadership and the Board of Trustees on strategic efforts related to emerging trends to create new opportunities for services and meaningful outcomes for youth and families.
Mark earned a Master of Social Work degree from the State University of New York at Albany, School of Social Welfare and Master of Science in Organization Management and Human Resources Certificate from Sage Graduate School in Albany.
