Mariama Jalloh joined LaSalle School in January 2023 as the Director of Staff Development and Engagement. In this role, she leads the agency’s efforts to strengthen professional growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance organizational performance through high-quality training and development. She oversees the design and delivery of core training, coordinates internal and external facilitators, and maintains training systems to support staff effectiveness.
Mariama holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy and Management from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She brings extensive experience in staff development, organizational learning, and compliance training, and is passionate about equipping teams with the tools they need to succeed.
