Katie Genovese joined LaSalle School in 2019, bringing over 18 years of professional fundraising, event and nonprofit development experience. A 2003 graduate of The College of Saint Rose with a degree in Public Communications, Katie began her career at her alma mater in 2004 as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving.
Throughout her career, Katie has successfully raised funds in support of higher education, the arts, and human services organizations across the Capital Region. In addition to her expertise in major gift fundraising, capital campaigns, project and board development, she has extensive experience in planning and executing a wide range of fundraising and stewardship events—from intimate donor receptions to large-scale galas and community engagement initiatives.
Katie is passionate about creating meaningful donor experiences and building lasting partnerships. She is thrilled to be part of the LaSalle team and elevating its visibility among local corporate, individual, and community supporters.
