Jessica Repko joined LaSalle’s team in 2006 and is a New York State-licensed clinical social worker with psychotherapy privileges. She currently serves as LaSalle’s Director of Admissions, where she is responsible for conducting clinical assessments and determining placements for all Specialized Residential and Therapeutic Day Education admissions. She also oversees referrals for outpatient and community-based clinical treatment services. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Jessica plays a key role in fostering interdepartmental collaboration, managing enrollment in residential and day education programs, and serving on the Clinic Supervisory Team.
Earlier in her career at LaSalle, Jessica worked as a community-based social worker, supporting youth and families during transitions from residential or day education programs back into their home environments. Her expertise has since expanded to include both outpatient and inpatient substance abuse counseling, along with over a decade of experience as a private mental health practitioner. Jessica has presented nationally and statewide, including talks on developing a trauma-informed continuum of care at the AACRC and the New York State Association for the Treatment of Sex Offenders.
She holds a Master of Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.
