Ed Carroll became a member of the LaSalle team in 1994, beginning his career as a Youth Development Specialist. Over the years, he has served in key leadership roles including Dorm Coordinator and Residential Supervisor. In 2013, Ed was appointed Director of Residential Services, a role in which he leads a team of committed professionals who provide around-the-clock supervision, safety, life skills training, positive experiences, and emotional support to up to 36 youth in care.
In recognition of his unwavering commitment to the LaSalle community, Ed was honored with the Educator of the Year Award in 2003, an accolade nominated by his colleagues in appreciation of his service to staff, youth, and families.
Ed holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Hudson Valley Community College and is a 2016 graduate of the John Johnston Lasallian Leadership Institute.
