Educational Assistance

At LaSalle, we believe that continuing education enhances an employee’s ability to contribute meaningfully to our mission. We support personal and professional growth through Tuition Reimbursement and Educational Loan Assistance programs.

  • Tuition Reimbursement: LaSalle encourages employees to pursue further education aligned with their professional goals. Eligible employees may receive partial reimbursement for tuition costs upon successful completion of courses, subject to maximum limits per course.

  • Educational Loan Assistance Program: Employees who have earned a degree relevant to their current or anticipated role—and have LaSalle’s approval—may qualify for loan assistance. To participate, employees must provide proof of active loan payments.

  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) & Teacher Loan Forgiveness: As a nonprofit, LaSalle qualifies for federal programs that forgive college debt after a set period of service. Eligibility for these programs depends on federal requirements such as income and employment status. (Links provided above for more details.)

  • Professional Development: During your first three to six months, LaSalle provides all necessary training for your role, fully covered by the agency, to ensure your success.
